All sexual health clinics should be welcoming and friendly to you, regardless of your age.
If you are under 18, or even under 16, your visit to your GP or to the sexual health clinic will be confidential, which means that nobody will be told that you have gone to the clinic. The doctor or nurse that you see will want to check that you are able to understand the information that you are being given and that you are able to make responsible decisions about your health.
The only time that your confidentiality may be broken is if you tell the doctor or nurse something that makes them seriously concerned about your safety or about the safety of someone else. If this is the case, where possible, they will discuss with you who they need to tell and why.
